Maria K. Mak - Partner
Maria K. Mak obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988 and later to the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Ms. Mak is also a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of
California.
Ms. Mak is experienced in business, real estate, corporate and tax transactions. Prior to practicing as an
attorney in 1992, Ms. Mak practiced in the field of
accounting and tax for over ten years. Ms. Mak was the
President of the Chinese American Certified Public Accountants
Society of Southern California in 1996.
Ms. Mak is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, in addition to English.
